Question: How many students do each batch consisting of Yoga TTC in Rishikesh?

We generally accommodate 7 to 10 students per batch. We are planning to expand the number of batches instead of overcrowding the batches. Our motto is to provide individual attention by limiting the number of students in a batch.

Question: What is the age group criterion for joining a yoga retreat in Rishikesh?

Unlike any other academic courses, anyone belonging to the age group ranging from 18 to 70 years can take up our course because yoga can be practiced by anyone irrespective of age.

Question: Are the students advised to carry any yoga accessories to the class?

Students will not have to carry any accessories to the class. We provide all such necessities needed for a class.

Question: Is VISA mandatory to take the yoga course provided by you at YogaTX?

VISA is mandatory if you are a foreigner. You should possess a valid passport and VISA to travel to India based on the rules and regulations for international travel. You must thoroughly get your VISA checked at your embassy. VISA policy for India is known to be simpler than other destinations. Visitor VISA would suffice for you to attend any yoga teacher training course in India.

Question: Where are the students offered accommodation during the training?

YogaTX apart from offering teacher training courses also facilitates the students with food and accommodation facilities at Ashram. So students will not have to search for a commercial residence. However, they can do so if they prefer to. Availing the Ashram facility would be the best thing to choose to learn yoga well.

Thus you will have to start over freshly again if you wish to take up the course again later. Any student who understands the concept of yoga will never choose to discontinue the course. Moreover, 100% attendance is mandatory to be certified as a yoga teacher.

Question: Will the students be given any study material or should they avail it from outside?

YogaTX will provide all the study materials needed for the course. Students will not have to buy anything from outside.

Question: What is the medium of instruction?

English is the only medium of instruction available for foreign students. Whereas Hindi is also available for Indian students.

Question: Is there any specific eligibility criterion for the selection?

There is no such eligibility criterion. Anyone belonging to the above said age group can enroll in the course.
